my name is Elijah Pierce and this is my story.

THE STORY OF HOW HE BEGAN HIS JOURNEY WITH CHRIST

My journey with Jesus started just after we had celebrated my birthday. We had just gotten back to our house and we noticed there was a leak in the roof. I remember my brother Isaiah asking if God had made the leak. Soon after my mom asked me if I had ever gotten baptized, and I said no. This led to a conversation between me and my mom about how Jesus died on the cross for our sins and was the ultimate sacrifice for us. It was at this time that I asked Jesus to come into my life, and I decided to follow him. I know that because of the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross that I am able to know God.

WHY HE FEELS HE NEEDS TO BE BAPTIZED NOW.

I want to be baptized now so that I can show other people that I’m a Christian and have decided to follow Jesus. I hope that my baptism will inspire other people to be Christians and follow Jesus as well, and I hope someday those people will decide to get baptized too.
