my name is Madison Tennant, I am a junior in high school, and this is my story.

THE STORY OF HOW SHE BEGAN HER JOURNEY WITH CHRIST

I was born into a Christian home, and both my mom and dad were saved at a young age. When I was six years old on a summer night my sister started to explain to me the importance of being saved by God. That night I went to my room, and my mom came in to talk. I told her that I wanted to accept Jesus into my life. I told her that I believed in him and I wanted to make that step in my relationship with him. So that night I accepted Jesus and that’s where my story began.

WHY SHE FEELS SHE NEEDS TO BE BAPTIZED NOW

A couple years ago I started to learn more and more about baptism, but then my pastor at my last church left so I really didn’t have a place to be baptized. We started coming to Public Church and Pastor Todd spoke on Baptism and I was really interested in making that next step in my relationship with God. It seemed to be the right time.
