Rico Overall

I grew up going to church, and I knew who God was but I did not fully understand
how important and powerful He really is. After my sophomore year of college a life
altering event happened to my cousin, and instead of putting my faith in the Lord for
understanding and happiness I began to search for happiness through all the wrong
things.

As time went on I then realized that it was really only numbing the pain
temporarily.

I texted Sam Landrith one morning and we met at Hibachi Express and I told
him I was not living right and I got saved that day in the parking lot.

I decided to get baptized today, after talking to Pastor Todd and Sam, because I know this is the next step for me, in my relationship with Jesus.
